| Pewter walking plow replica from Chicago 1893 Worlds Fair, limited to 2500 units.
In 1893, under the auspices of the Daughters of the American Revolution, a committee was appointed. Out of this committee a decision was made to create a PEACE PLOW from historical relics collected. The committee began to search for a plow-maker. Deere & Company jumped at the opportunity. Twenty-two thousand metal relics were represented in the original plow along with over two hundred historical pieces of wood, each one with an interesting history. This fabulous re-creation of such an important historical piece is a perfect addition to any collection. Each fine antiqued pewter. plow comes with a collector's booklet describing the plow in great detail. This fine replica measures 9" long x 2 1/4" wide x 3 3/4" high. This unit is limited to a total production of 2500.
